MORNINGSIDE/LENOX
Morningside/Lenox was developed in 1931 as streetcar suburb, these neighborhoods prevented an interstate project from dividing their neighborhood in half in the early 1970s. Today there are over 3,500 homes and the area includes the neighborhoods of University Park, Noble Park, Johnson Estates and Hylan Park. Known for its lovely, well maintained homes, and excellent schools, this is an affluent and very respectable and friendly neighborhood.
