Groundhog Day Jugglers Festival – Yaarab Shrine Center
39th annual juggling festival. Dates are Feb. 3-5, 2017. You’ll find jugglers, unicyclists, hoopers, kendama, live music, and family fun for all ages at the annual Groundhog Day Jugglers Festival. Ask at the registration table if you’d like a free juggling lesson. They’re always happy to teach others.
Winter Beer Fest 2017 – Atlantic Station
After 6 great years at the Masquerade on North Ave., they are taking the party over to the Atlantic Station event space on Saturday, February 4, 2017. This space will give us plenty of room for lots of beer, wine, and cider, great food trucks, and big heated tents with live music and DJ Qtip.
Oakland Cemetery African American Tours
On Martin Luther King, Jr. Day and throughout February, the Historic Oakland Foundation and the City of Atlanta will host guided African American History walking tours at Oakland Cemetery. These tours are free and open to the public, but an RSVP is required in advance and space is limited.
