Where do I begin? All of you know that I always ask before you build a house or remodel: how are you and possibly how is your marriage? I now have a new question to add before you build or renovate: Do you have a job (including being a stay-at-home parent)? I have learned my lesson; I just needed a great agent to help me (hehe). The Suits family is headed towards the finish line on our new house as long as all stars align and it stops raining! We put our current home in Brookhaven under contract in December. The great family that is buying it is waiting for our new house to be completed.
Quick family update for you. Between work, house, and kids, we are just plain busy! If you need to talk or vent about teenagers, you can bend my ear on that too! HEHE!
On the real estate front, the Suits Team is out there busting it! We have not stopped to take a breath since December 1st. I did get to see the sun in Miami for 3 days over Presidents Day Weekend though. We have added team members to service our growing family of clients. We also hosted an incredible client appreciation party at Arnette’s Chophouse (on the most beautiful night in February). We have already set the date for our famous Braves outing which will be May 19th. For 2018 we were awarded the #1 Group at Keller Williams Realty Peachtree Road, I was the #1 Luxury agent, Nina was the #2 Luxury agent and Shannon was the #2 buyer’s agent. We have already closed 16 homes this year with another 18 about to close. We are also about to list 20 homes for sale in the next 20 days.
The bottom line is our team cares about you and the people you care about. We love to help you, your parents, your children, and your entire network! Our specialty is helping you create wealth or dreams in real estate, however, we can help with jobs, vendors, restaurants, etc. We love to host you at different events throughout the year.
